- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain healthcare training programs and services.
- Convert leads into enrollments by explaining program benefits.
- Maintain CRM database and track leads.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Business Development Associate (BDA) - 5 Positions

Role & responsibilities
- Visit institutions and partners across Telangana for business development.
- Generate leads and onboard new clients for healthcare training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers.
- Report daily/weekly field activities and progress to Sales Manager.
- Support marketing campaigns with field-level execution.
Preferred candidate profile for the above roles-
- Graduate with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior field sales / business development experience preferred.
- Should be comfortable with frequent travel across Telangana.
