Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Product Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of financial products and services that meet clients' needs. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing user feedback, and working to optimize product offerings. The role will also involve tracking and analyzing product performance to support continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring alignment with the company's mission of providing impactful solutions to underserved communities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Product Management, Product Development, and Market Analysis
- Proven abilities in Customer Relationship Management and Client-Centric Service Design
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Understanding of microfinance, financial products, and services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience working in a financial services or related industry is desirable
