Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic and computer hardware. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, managing spare parts inventory, and providing technical support to customers. The role requires effective communication with clients, manufacturers, and team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electronic and computer hardware
• Maintenance Skills: Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues
• Inventory Management: Ability to manage spare parts inventory and sourcing hard-to-find parts
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Customer Service Orientation: Strong commitment to providing high-quality technical support and service
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in IT maintenance, technical repair, or similar role is beneficial
• Qualifications: Degree or certification in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field preferred
