Job Summary:

YOS Health India is seeking a dynamic Content Creator (Video) with advanced shooting and editing skills to produce engaging reels and videos for the company's digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing high-quality video content tailored for social media, with a focus on storytelling, brand alignment, and audience engagement. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Bangalore, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

  • Conceptualize, script, and storyboard short-form and long-form video content (reels, promos, testimonials, educational videos).
  • Shoot high-quality video footage using personal camera equipment, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and composition.
  • Edit videos with advanced techniques, including colour grading, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design.
  • Optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn) to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align video content with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

Content Strategy and Execution

  • Stay updated on video content trends, platform algorithms, and audience preferences.
  • Develop creative concepts that resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand's values.
  • Manage the end-to-end video production process, from ideation to final delivery.
  • Maintain an organized library of raw footage, project files, and published content.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with graphic designers, social media managers, and other team members to ensure integrated content delivery.
  • Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and clients for collaborative video projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content series and campaigns.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video content creation, shooting, and editing.
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in shooting, editing, and producing engaging video content for social media.
  • Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Equipment Requirements

  • Personal camera (DSLR or mirrorless preferred).
  • Editing-capable laptop with required software installed.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience creating content for health, wellness, or sports brands.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking.
  • Skills in motion graphics, animation, or special effects.
  • Ability to appear on camera or direct on-screen talent as needed.

Performance Metrics

  • Quality and creativity of video content produced.
  • Engagement rates (views, likes, shares, comments) on published videos.
  • Consistency and timeliness of content delivery.
  • Contribution to overall brand growth and digital presence.

Portfolio and Assessment Criteria

Portfolio Submission:

All applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing recent, relevant work. For the Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager role, the portfolio should include a variety of digital assets (posters, banners, carousels, social media campaigns). For the Content Creator (Video) role, the portfolio must feature original video content (reels, promos, edited videos) with clear evidence of advanced editing and storytelling skills.

Assessment Process:

Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical task (e.g, design a campaign asset or edit a short video) to demonstrate technical proficiency and creative approach. Portfolios will be evaluated for originality, technical execution, alignment with brand aesthetics, and measurable impact (where applicable).
