Senior Executive-PBFA
As part of the PBFA team, you will be responsible for delivering impactful analysis, reporting and insights for the CS domain. You will be responsible for preparation and delivery of Monthly MIS Reports, Budgets, Forecasts & Rate card to support the Client Services stakeholders.
The opportunity
To ensure accurate and proper finance systems for effective Service Line performance tracking, reviews and decision making. We're looking for Senior with preferably with prior working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the learning, understanding and growth of GDS business.
Your key responsibilities
Budgets & Planning: Annual financial planning covering HC, costs and expenses and margins; half yearly forecasts prepared with due interaction with various location finance teams: Assist in pricing and other decisions.Reporting: Reporting monthly financials and other reports highlighting key performance parameters. Provide Operational support / cost improvement studies to enable effective management and improving operations and increasing efficiency of resources / processes. Develop models / reports in excel / accessSpecial Projects / Assignments: Undertaking any specific projects, assignments and/or track and update management with the best analysisAdhoc Analysis / Reports: Ad-hoc decision support for various global initiatives / improvement projectsProcess Improvement and Standardization: Ability to define As Is Processes and lead / support in design of to-be processes and roles leveraging best in class practices and enabling technologies, to ensure optimum and consistent performanceAdditional exposure to the following areas and hence any experience of these will be of value:Functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases i.e. Plan, design, Test and Deploy, preferably involving implementation of Enabling technology, tools and Software applicationsMaster data support: Maintain / provide support to the various Technical team on various cost centre/ codes, rates, structures, hierarchy and planning toolsWill be required to assist in designing of reporting requirements for operational reports, service level requirements and process KPIs Provide definition and development.Skills and attributes for success
Excellent Communicate as the role would require interactions with multiple stakeholdersUnderstanding or comfort with Project / Process Management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and desire to learnKnowledge of any ERP system preferably SAPEye for detailsIT acumen, backed by proficiency in MS-Office, ability to handle complex data, and experience of modelling in MS-Excel or AccessMust be a great team player having ability to work with a diverse global workforceTaking Initiatives, working independently and Customer focusTo qualify for the role, you must have
CA with 2-4 years of work experienceStrong Knowledge in Accounting, Finance, MIS etcStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsDemonstrated strong written and oral communication skillsIdeally, you'll also have
Project management skillsExposure to tools like Power BI, Hyperion etc.Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-centric, multi- national environmentWhat we look for
