Job Description: Adobe Campaign Suite Expert

Position: Adobe Campaign Classic v7/v8 Developer

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4- 5 years in Adobe Campaign classic v7/v8 implementation and management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end campaign operations using Adobe Campaign Classic
• Design, configure, and execute personalized journeys and workflows through the Adobe Campaign
• Create and schedule batch, recurring, and trigger-based campaigns across email, SMS, and mobile channels.
• Ensure campaign data accuracy by validating workflows, schema design, and data segmentation processes.
• Collaborate with the Bank's digital marketing, IT, and compliance teams to deliver campaigns aligned with business and regulatory standards.
• Analyze campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and recommend optimizations through the Adobe Campaign.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain campaign documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard), preferably within BFSI or large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Campaign architecture, schema configuration, and data workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and campaign scripting for segmentation and targeting.
• Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
