At The High Note Café, we believe in "High Vibes, Higher Flavors." We're a rooftop destination known for our vibrant ambiance, handcrafted beverages, and creative mocktails. We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented Barista who can bring both skill and soul to every cup served.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a full range of hot and cold beverages including:
  • Espresso-based drinks (Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha, Americano, etc.)
  • Cold Coffees, Iced Coffees, Frappes & Specialty Drinks
  • Signature Mocktails and Seasonal Café Creations
  • Create consistent and artistic latte art presentations.
  • Maintain high standards of beverage quality, hygiene, and service.
  • Engage with customers warmly and provide beverage recommendations.
  • Manage bar inventory — coffee beans, milk, syrups, garnishes, and more.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service team for seamless operations.
  • Contribute ideas for new beverages and café innovations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 year of experience as a Barista (Café, Restaurant, or Coffee Chain).
  • Strong knowledge of espresso machines and brewing methods.
  • Proficiency in latte art, cappuccino foam, mocha blends, cold coffee, frappes, and mocktails.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for beverage innovation.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-focused approach.
