Role & responsibilities

  1. Classroom Management & Care

    • Create a safe, warm, and engaging environment for young learners.

    • Manage classroom routines, hygiene, and emotional well-being of children.
  2. Teaching & Learning

    • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, art, and motor skills.

    • Use stories, rhymes, role play, and activities to build interest and understanding.

    • Encourage inquiry and creative expression.
  3. Child Development Observation

    • Observe and record each childs progress and behavior.

    • Identify learning needs and provide individual support where needed.
  4. Parent Communication

    • Maintain regular communication with parents about the child's progress.

    • Conduct PTMs and share feedback constructively.
  5. Curriculum & Activities

    • Implement the schools curriculum with creativity.

    • Organize events like celebrations, assemblies, and field trips.
  6. Teamwork & Professional Conduct

    • Collaborate with co-teachers and coordinators.

    • Attend training sessions and staff meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

General Requirements

  • Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com) with B.Ed. / D.Ed. / ECCEd / Montessori Training.
  • Preference for candidates with Early Childhood Education background for Pre-Primary roles.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of teaching experience in a reputed school
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for teaching may also apply.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an added advantage.
