School Timings: 7:50 AM to 2:30 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description

An ICSE-affiliated school in Kondhwa, Pune is looking for an experienced and passionate PRT & TGT English Teacher to teach Primary and Middle School students. The ideal candidate should have strong language skills and the ability to make English learning engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach English (Grammar, Literature, Reading & Writing) to PRT and TGT students as per ICSE curriculum
  • Prepare structured lesson plans, worksheets, and activity-based learning modules
  • Conduct regular tests, assessments, and maintain academic records
  • Improve students' communication, vocabulary, and writing skills
  • Use interactive teaching methods such as storytelling, role play, and discussions
  • Support school-level English projects, debates, elocution, and competitions

Qualification Requirements

  • B.Ed. (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in ICSE schools
  • Experience teaching PRT and/or TGT levels is mandatory

Skills Required

  • Strong command over English language and grammar
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to simplify concepts for young learners
  • Creative, patient, and student-focused teaching approach
