We are an upcoming Café & Salon in Hamirpur, dedicated to providing an exceptional experience to our customers. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our café guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome café customers with a warm and professional attitude.

  • Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously.

  • Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Coordinate with café staff for smooth operations and timely service.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with administrative tasks.

  • Maintain records of daily transactions, reservations, and customer preferences.

  • Support promotions, events, and marketing activities at the café.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in customer service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, POS systems).

  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of café operations or interest in the F&B industry is a plus.
