Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Qualification:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
• Must be a registered nurse with a valid Kerala Nursing Council License

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting physicians during medical procedures, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and nursing protocols to maintain the highest standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and ensure comfort, safety, and hygiene.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and report any changes to the medical team.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
• Educate patients and families regarding health maintenance, treatment, and post-discharge care.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.
• Participate in training programs, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Working Hours:

As per hospital schedule (rotational shifts including night duties)

Pay: ₹8, ₹25,000.00 per month
