Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive/Asst Manager - D2C & Marketplace located in Delhi, India. The role involves managing direct-to-consumer sales channels and online marketplaces. Key tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing product listings, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, handling customer inquiries, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role is crucial for driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience through e-commerce channels.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, managing D2C sales channels, and online marketplaces
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including campaign management and optimization
- Strong analytical skills for sales data analysis and strategy development
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using e-commerce and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
