About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Construction Manager
to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Supervise and mentor construction teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Resolve technical issues, provide innovative solutions, and make critical decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on all sites.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, with significant experience leading large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
