Quantity Surveyor

Job Type: Office-based with occasional site visits

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity Measurement and Cost Reporting

• Take off quantities from project drawings and specifications to estimate required materials and labour.

• Prepare detailed bills of quantities, including labour, materials, and other relevant costs.

• Cost Estimation and Tendering

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects.

• Develop and manage tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with exposure to government projects.

• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation methods, and quantity surveying techniques.

• Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Work Environment:

• Office-based role with occasional site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
