JOB DESCRIPTION — CONTENT REPLICATOR (Bonntonn Skillhouse + Bonntonn Gourmet)

Role Title: Content Replicator / Content Execution Specialist

Role Introduction

If you're someone who sees a trending reel or piece of content and can replicate it beautifully, quickly, and with high accuracy — you'll thrive here. Most creative people feel stuck in places where ideas die, execution is slow, and founders don't push creative growth. Bonntonn is the opposite.

Position Overview

We're looking for a fast, creative, detail-obsessed Content Replicator who can take reference videos, IG reels, TikTok styles, and recreate them in Bonntonn's luxury brand aesthetic. You will work closely with Chef Tanya and our creative team for Skillhouse content, gourmet content, menus, and launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Replicate reference videos, trends, and reels with exact styling
  • Work with Tanya during shoot days at the kitchen studio
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, YT Shorts, TikTok-style content)
  • Coordinate with chefs for product shots
  • Maintain brand aesthetics for every upload
  • Shoot & organise content in folders for team workflows
  • Replicate "viral styles" quickly & accurately
  • Assist with lighting, frames, setup & shot lists
  • Support in creating content for Skillhouse courses

Requirements

  • Must be familiar with Instagram, Reels, transitions, trends
  • Strong command over CapCut, VN, or Premiere
  • 1–3 years experience in content creation/editing
  • Fast execution mindset — timeline compression is key
  • Ability to recreate exact visual styles
  • Experience in food content is a huge plus
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, colours, lighting & framing
  • Portfolio required
