Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Product & Website Design

  2. Design user-centered experiences for our web applications and customer-facing websites.

  3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to guide user experience improvements.
  4. Develop and maintain a consistent visual style, including a component library or design system.

2. Aesthetic & Usability Leadership

  • Act as the primary design partner for the development team, delivering clear specifications, mockups, and assets for implementation.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces.
  • Keep up with emerging design trends and technologies to enhance both usability and aesthetics.

3. Marketing & Brand Support

  • Design branded marketing materials such as PowerPoint templates, document layouts, and web assets for occasional marketing needs.
  • Ensure consistency of branding and visual language across all company touchpoints.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking (flows, wireframes) and UI craft (visual polish, aesthetics).
  • Experience collaborating with developers and product teams, ideally in Agile or similar environments.
  • Strong communication skills to explain design choices to both technical and non-technical audiences.
