Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot solutions across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. You'll design secure RAG architectures on Azure AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio), wire up enterprise data sources (SharePoint/OneDrive/Dataverse/SQL), and ship Copilots that actually move business KPIs—while ensuring governance, telemetry, and Responsible AI are first-class.

What You'll Do

  • Solutioning: Translate business workflows into Copilot scenarios; design prompt flows, grounding, function calling, and evaluation loops.
  • Build: Develop Copilots with Copilot Studio, Plugins/Connectors, Graph Connectors, Power Automate, and Power Apps; integrate with Azure OpenAI/Azure AI models.
  • Data & RAG: Implement retrieval pipelines using Azure AI Search, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, and OneLake; manage chunking, embeddings, caching, and ranking strategies.
  • MLOps/LangOps: Set up Prompt flow experiments, offline/online evals, guardrails (content filters, safety), and A/B tests; add observability with App Insights/Log Analytics.
  • Security & Governance: Enforce RLS/ABAC, DLP, Purview policies, tenant isolation, and audit logging; handle approvals and change management.
  • Performance & Cost: Tune model choice, token budgets, caching, and hybrid retrieval; create cost dashboards and SLOs.
  • Stakeholder Enablement: Create reusable components, deployment templates (Bicep/Terraform), and developer guidelines; run enablement sessions.

Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on with Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot connectors/plugins, Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Dataverse).
  • Azure AI Foundry/Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, Prompt flow, Azure AI Search, Event/Function Apps.
  • Strong prompt engineering and eval frameworks (golden sets, metrics like faithfulness, groundedness, task success).
  • API & integration experience (Graph API, REST/JSON, OAuth2).
  • Security & compliance: Microsoft Purview, DLP, RLS/OAuth-on-behalf-of patterns.
  • CI/CD on Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions; IaC (Bicep/Terraform).

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Dataflows Gen2.
  • Vector DBs (Kusto, PostgreSQL + pgvector, Cosmos DB).
  • Experience with Responsible AI tooling and red-teaming.
  • Familiarity with C# or TypeScript for plugin/function implementations.
