Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning:
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with sales, stores, and purchase departments to ensure raw material availability.
  • Material Requirement Planning (MRP):
  • Monitor material flow to meet production demand.
  • Issue material requisitions and follow-up with the procurement team.
  • Shop Floor Coordination:
  • Track production progress and resolve delays or issues in coordination with production teams.
  • Ensure timely dispatches as per customer requirements.
  • Capacity Planning:
  • Analyze capacity utilization and recommend actions for optimal use of resources.
  • Plan shift-wise or machine-wise loading to meet production targets.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of production schedules, material consumption, and WIP (Work in Progress).
  • Generate MIS reports for management review.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of production planning & manufacturing processes.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
