Admission Counsellor

Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune (On-site)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in EdTech / Education Sales)

Industry: EdTech / Education / Training

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the EdTech or education counselling sector, with a passion for guiding students toward the right academic and career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Counsel students regarding educational courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs or courses.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure successful enrolment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet admission targets.
  • Provide a positive and engaging counselling experience for all prospective students.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, inside sales, or customer engagement (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
  • Strong persuasive skills and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
