  • To formulate plan and propose various Marketing strategies.
  • To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity etc.
  • To organize camps at various locations in Gujarat and MP, handle all the related functions
  • To respond to all enquiries by third party customers and refer all complaints to operations department and reporting authority, but also monitor the complaints to ensure necessary action has been taken.
  • To organize various communities related health programs i.e. Health talks, CMEs for doctors & Health check-up camps for creating awareness among people.
  • To coordinate negotiations and contacts for services with the organization.
  • To explore new potential markets for hospital.
  • To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan
  • Weekly & Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the DGM.
  • To establish a plan for digital and social marketing for the purpose of enhancing brand experience and facilitate business processes.
  • Conduct regular market research to assess viability of marketing initiatives to measure success of recent campaigns
  • Conduct competition research to understand marketing initiatives undertaken by competitor and its effectiveness
  • To gather regular market update and competitor information
  • Conduct health check-up etc. programs.
  • Promote the hospital services to the target group being met
  • Facilitate networking visits of hospital consultants with key influencers amongst the relevant influencers in the respective corporates
  • Maintain cordial relationships with relevant CMOs / Administrative Heads / HR Heads or concerned influencers within each assigned corporate to ensure positive impression about the hospital and services which can help increase footfalls
  • Arrange regular networking visits for hospital consultants with leading influencers in each corporate
  • Maintain strong and positive team work attitude with interpersonal skills
  • Follow the procedures as per designated SOP.
  • Perform such other duties as may from time-to-time be assigned by the Medical Superintendent / Management.
