We're looking for a
Purchase Supervisor
who can take charge of our end-to-end procurement process for all items required in our textile manufacturing operations — from raw materials to maintenance supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute purchases of all materials, trims, and consumables for the factory.
- Identify and evaluate vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and store teams for purchase planning.
- Monitor stock levels and manage purchase orders in line with operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in purchase/procurement in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and purchase documentation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and good at cross-functional coordination.
