Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer with a strong background in building social media or Instagram-type applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about mobile technologies, UI/UX design, and scalable app development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS.
  • Work on advanced features such as image/video uploading, real-time feeds, chat/messaging, notifications, and profile management.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and debug to continuously improve application quality.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, etc.).
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in React Native.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying social media or similar mobile applications.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Redux / Context API, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
  • Experience with mobile app performance optimization and app store deployment.
  • Working knowledge of Firebase, Push Notifications, and real-time data handling.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating media-rich content (videos, stories, filters, reels-like features).
  • Knowledge of native modules (Android/iOS).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development practices.
