About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations for our Glanbia Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple online platforms, managing logistics, inventory, order fulfillment, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Work Location:

Gurgaon / Delhi / Mumbai / Raipur (Flexible within these locations)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) and D2C platforms.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability across all online channels.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and track key performance metrics (orders, returns, SLAs, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing and category teams for online promotions, listings, and visibility campaigns.
  • Ensure smooth product onboarding, catalog management, and content accuracy.
  • Handle vendor and marketplace communication, issue resolution, and operational escalations.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
  • Hands-on experience with seller portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
