Role & Responsibilities:
- Review and Edit Drawings: Ensure precision in shop drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and material lists.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical queries and optimize designs.
- Quality Checks: Perform self-quality checks on drawings before release.
- Software Proficiency: Use tools like Tekla Structures for detailing and editing.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to project standards and client requirements.
- Coordination: Interface with engineering models and other disciplines for clarification on welds, and dimensions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with 3D modeling software and Tekla.
- Familiarity with project management tools or software with AISC Standards.
- Knowledge of structural design concepts and principles.
Certification from professional bodies like AISC
