Job Description: Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quarterly and Yearly Certifications with State Bank of India (SBI)

  2. Preparation and submission of required documentation and financial statements, Due Deligance Report, Arms Lenth Certification, End Use Certification, FATA Certification, Undertaking

  3. Daily MSME Vendor Payment Management

  4. Monitoring and processing of payments to MSME vendors in compliance with applicable regulations.

  5. Buyers' Credit MIS Preparation

  6. Maintenance and reporting of buyers' credit details for internal review and audit purposes.

  7. Import Payment MIS Management

  8. Tracking and reporting of all import-related payments, including adherence to timelines and documentation.

  9. Monthly Working for HDFC and SBI CC Utilization

  10. Analysis and reporting of credit card utilization, limits, and available balances.

  11. Bank Documentation for Enhancement and Renewal

  12. End-to-end coordination and preparation of financial documents for credit enhancement and renewal with bankers.

  13. Subsidy Related Annexures and Certification Coordination

  14. Liaison with bankers for preparation and submission of subsidy-related annexures and certification.

  15. Monthly Stock Statement and Drawing Power (DP) Calculation – SBI & HDFC

  16. Preparation and submission of monthly stock statements and DP calculations as per bank formats.

  17. Export Outstanding MIS and Treasury Documentation

  18. Maintenance of export receivables and coordination on treasury-related documentation and updates.

  19. Quarterly UFCE Certification

  20. Preparation and timely submission of UFCE certification reports to the bank.

  21. Daily Routine Banking Coordination

  22. Day-to-day liaison with banks for routine financial transactions and documentation.

  23. Coordination with Stock Auditors (Half-Yearly)

  24. Providing necessary data and support to stock auditors and ensuring smooth audit completion.
