Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and skilled **Video Editor & Visual Designer** responsible for designing and producing engaging offline & online visuals, videos, and digital collaterals. The role requires expertise in video editing, conceptual design, animation, and motion graphics tailored for multiple platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos, visual concepts, and design collaterals for online and offline use.
* Develop engaging and platform-specific content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives.
* Optimize videos for digital platforms, with a strong focus on **YouTube (algorithm, thumbnails, channel engagement).
* Re-hash and adapt videos into multiple formats suitable for different social media channels.
* Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm new concepts and deliver impactful designs.
* Work on "animation and motion graphics" to enhance visual storytelling.
* Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and platform algorithms to ensure maximum audience engagement.
Key Skills & Competencies
* Strong expertise in "Video Editing" and "Graphic Designing"
* Good understanding of the "digital video landscape", especially YouTube strategies.
* Strong conceptual thinking with an eye for detail in design and storytelling.
* Proficiency in "Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator" (knowledge of "3D Animation" will be an added advantage).
* Good skills in "Animation & Motion Graphics".
* Ability to re-purpose content across multiple formats/platforms.
* Strong portfolio of previous work in video editing and visual design.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum "1 year of experience" in video editing and designing.
* Bachelors degree/diploma in Multimedia, Design, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven work portfolio showcasing creativity, animation, and video editing skills.
