We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ecommerce management, driving sales, optimising listings, and leading a small team to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities -

  • End-to-End Ecommerce Management
    : Oversee the entire ecommerce process, from product listing to order fulfilment, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Platform Management
    : Manage and optimise online stores on Amazon, Flipkart, WordPress, and GeM (Government e-Marketplace), ensuring compliance with platform-specific guidelines.
  • Listing, Catalogue, and Product Descriptions: Create and maintain compelling product listings, catalogues, and descriptions to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • Packaging
    : Oversee packaging processes to ensure products are delivered in excellent condition, adhering to brand standards and platform requirements.
  • Advertising on Third-Party Platforms
    : Develop and manage ad campaigns on third-party platforms to drive traffic and sales, optimising for ROI.
  • Team Management
    : Lead and mentor a small team, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient execution of e-commerce strategies.
  • Vendor and Artist Communication
    : Manage relationships with vendors and artists, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and quality control.

Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
