Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role located in Greater Kailash. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing expert fashion advice, enhancing customer experience through exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and driving sales. Daily tasks include assisting customers with style choices, staying updated on fashion trends, promoting brand philosophy, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Strong Sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for fashion and an eye for details
- Previous experience in fashion retail or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field is advantageous
