Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing cross-platform mobile applications, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues across Android and iOS platforms.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Flutter & Dart development.
  • Proven track record of building and deploying cross-platform apps.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Git version control and agile methodologies.
  • Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of native Android/iOS development is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
  • Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
