Assistant Manager - VAVE Design

Job Description

  • Engineering skills – Should be able to independently Create CAD Concepts, Create &read Product engineering drawings, Bill of Materials and modification done in drawings.
  • Strong co-ordination skills to deal with CFTs, Product engineers & cost saving teams to work on cost saving calculations based on BOM and SAP details.
  • Stakeholder communication – Establish and maintain clear, consistent communication channels with stakeholders in the US and China, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Responsible for collecting, processing, and interpreting the VAVE project data from various product engineering offices based at different geographical locations and Create project evolution report and project feasibility presentation.
  • Good at taking ownership and generate walkin Ideas.
  • Cross-Cultural Management: Understand and respect cultural differences, adapting communication styles to suit diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, roadblocks and solutions.
  • Collaborate with global team to execute projects from REA to Implementation.
  • Skills – Proficient in Creo,windchill,MS Excel, SAP.
  • Self Motivated & hands on experience on plastics.
