We are hiring fluent English-speaking Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team for an international voice process. This role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.

Resolve customer queries related to products/services.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Meet performance metrics (call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction).

Adhere to company policies and communication guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent English communication (verbal & written) – Mandatory.

Freshers or experienced candidates welcome.

Basic computer knowledge & multitasking ability.

Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
