We are seeking adedicated and experienced Medical Oncologist to join ourmultidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will specialize in thediagnosis and treatment of cancer, delivering patient -centered care throughchemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy. The role involves closecollaboration with surgeons, radiation oncologists, and palliative careproviders to ensure the best outcomes for patients.Qualifications: ● Medical degree (MBBS, MD/DM/DNB) from an accredited institution. ● Completion of a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in MedicalOncology. ● Board certification in Medical Oncology. ● Valid medical license to practice in [Insert State/Region]. ● Strong clinical judgment and decision -making skills. ● Excellent communication and compassionate patient care abilities.KeyResponsibilities: ● Evaluate and diagnose patients with various forms of cancer. ● Develop individualized treatment plans using chemotherapy, immunotherapy,hormonal therapy, or targeted therapy. ● Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust protocols as needed. ● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, radiationoncologists, pathologists, and palliative care providers. ● Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, side effects,and prognosis. ● Manage side effects and complications related to cancer therapies. ● Participate in tumor board meetings and contribute to case discussions. ● Maintain accurate, up -to -date documentation and use EHR systems effectively. ● Stay informed on the latest research, clinical trials, and oncology treatmentadvancements.Preferred Skills: ● Experience managing both solid and hematologic malignancies. ● Exposure to hematology or bone marrow transplant is an added advantage. ● Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems. ● Clinical research or academic background is a plus. ● Bilingual abilities are a plus.Benefits: ● Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. ● Access to cutting -edge oncology resources and facilities. ● Opportunities for research, teaching, and continuing medical education. ● Supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.
