Client Consultations:

• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations.
• Develop customized skincare plans and treatment protocols based on individual client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and treatments.
• Address client concerns and provide professional advice on skin health and aesthetics.

Treatment Administration:

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Ensure all treatments are administered with the highest level of care, precision, and hygiene.
• Stay updated with the latest skincare technologies and treatment methodologies.

Product Recommendations:

• Recommend appropriate skincare products and regimens to clients.
• Stay knowledgeable about the clinic's product offerings and their benefits.
• Assist clients in selecting products that will enhance their treatment outcomes.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment to monitor progress and answer any questions.
• Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history and product usage.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other team members, including dermatologists, estheticians, and administrative staff.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous education opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment.

Education and Certification:

• Degree or diploma in Cosmetology, Dermatology, or a related field.
• Valid and current professional license or certification as required by local regulations.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a skincare or aesthetic clinic setting.
• Expertise in performing a range of skincare treatments and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and their applications.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
