  6. Document risk levels and mitigation strategies to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

  7. Knowledge of Investigation Methodologies:

  8. Apply systematic approaches to identify root causes and contributing factors.

  9. Recommend effective CAPA based on investigation findings.
  10. Maintain awareness of current regulatory expectations (e.g., FDA, EMA, WHO) regarding investigations and data integrity.
