Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Technician located in Noida. The IT Technician will handle a variety of tasks, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing technical support to clients, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring system functionality. The role also involves training users, maintaining customer service excellence, and collaborating with the IT team to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Atleast 1 + years experience as Fible, IT cabling technician.
• strong knowledge of IT passive technology like splicing, cat6, dressing etc
• Strong foundation in Information Technology, including understanding IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Experience in conducting Training sessions and assisting users in effectively utilizing technology
