Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP WM Functional Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Warehouse Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge of warehouse operations and deep SAP WM module expertise, including integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP WM solutions accordingly.
  • Lead WM module configuration including storage types, bin structures, putaway and picking strategies, and transfer orders.
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, EWM) for seamless integration.
  • Provide end-user training and create functional documentation (FS, Configuration Docs, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot issues and support day-to-day operations in a production environment.
  • Participate in SAP WM upgrades, rollouts, and enhancement projects.
  • Engage in data migration and cutover activities during go-lives.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in SAP WM module configuration and support.
  • Integration knowledge with MM, SD, and LE (Logistics Execution).
  • Experience in warehouse processes: inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, inventory management.
  • Good understanding of RF integration and barcode scanning solutions.
  • Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small teams or workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • SAP Certification in WM or related modules is a plus.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage.
