Location Options:

Job Summary:
A global enterprise is currently undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program, modernizing its integration landscape. We are seeking experienced Integration Professionals with strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Software AG webMethods to design, lead, and deliver next-generation API and integration solutions across enterprise systems.


Key Skills Required:
Must Have:

  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform - Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave
  • Expertise in webMethods Integration Server, Designer, Adapters (JDBC, SAP, JMS), and Trading Networks
  • Proven experience in SAP / SAP S/4HANA integration using MuleSoft or webMethods
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, B2B, and file-based integrations (AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP)
  • Experience with API-led connectivity, reusable APIs, and microservices-based architecture
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices for integration deployments
  • Solid experience in Java or Groovy scripting for transformations and custom logic

Good to Have:

  • Experience in migration from webMethods to MuleSoft
  • Familiarity with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or Hybrid MuleSoft deployments
  • Working knowledge of AWS / Azure integration services
  • MuleSoft or webMethods certifications preferred
  • Experience with integration monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic)


Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise integrations using MuleSoft and/or webMethods
  • Collaborate with SAP BASIS and functional teams to build APIs and data interfaces for SAP S/4HANA migration
  • Define and enforce integration standards, governance, and reusable frameworks
  • Perform code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure delivery quality
  • Migrate or refactor existing webMethods interfaces to the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Manage full API lifecycle — design, publish, secure, monitor, and optimize
  • Work closely with global IT and business teams to ensure smooth end-to-end integration delivery


Experience:

  • 6-12 years of overall Integration / Middleware experience
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on MuleSoft development
  • Minimum 2 years of webMethods experience (development, support, or migration)
  • Prior experience in SAP integration projects or ERP transformation programs
