Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing and deploying ML models and a strong understanding of data science principles. This is an excellent opportunity to work on real-world AI applications in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement machine learning models and end-to-end pipelines.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver ML solutions.
  • Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Deploy and monitor models in production environments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and model optimization.
  • Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, SQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with deployment tools (Docker, REST APIs, cloud platforms preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
  • Exposure to ML Ops tools (MLflow, DVC) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary open, with a guaranteed minimum 30% hike on current CTC.
