Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to join our team. The role is full-time and based in Delhi, Gurgaon, or East Delhi, suitable for a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience. This position is open to male candidates only. The Interior Site Supervisor will be integral in overseeing site operations and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
  • Site Supervision experience is essential to ensure the smooth execution and closure of interior projects. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for interior designing and planning. (Mandatory skill)
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing various interior works effectively and efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
  • In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out processes, ensuring all designs and implementations are up to standard.
  • Competency in vendor management, with the ability to handle supplier relationships and procurement processes seamlessly.
  • Experience in civil works to ensure structural and interior design coherence.
  • Ability to execute comprehensive site planning, facilitating the timely and cost-effective execution of projects.
  • Proven skills in labor management to ensure workforce productivity and compliance with project requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute interior site supervision activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with designers and architects to ensure alignment with client expectations and project specifications.
  • Manage on-site teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all project phases.
  • Liaise with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resolving any issues that arise during procurement.
  • Conduct progress meetings with clients to provide updates on timelines and project deliverables.
  • Review and interpret design schematics and construction plans using AutoCAD and other tools.
  • Oversee the implementation of interior fit-out works, ensuring high levels of workmanship.
