Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer queries.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
  • Uphold professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and efficiency.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
