We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Solution Architect to lead our enterprise tools rationalization initiative. This role will be responsible for identifying common tools across business units, evaluating overlaps and gaps, and driving decisions that align with enterprise standards, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the tools rationalization strategy across capabilities and lines of business
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of tools and assess usage, cost, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards
• Collaborate with capability owners, technical leads, and business stakeholders to identify consolidation opportunities and define preferred toolsets
• Lead structured decision-making processes, including trade-off analysis and stakeholder alignment, to drive tool standardization
• Govern tool adoption by reviewing funding requests and ensuring alignment with rationalization goals
• Track and report on cost savings, efficiency gains, and progress toward rationalization targets
• Present updates and decisions in executive forums and cross-functional working sessions
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including leadership of architecture teams
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or platform strategy
• Familiarity with contact center technologies, CRM systems, knowledge management, or communication platforms is advantageous
• Proven skilled in crafting architecture roadmaps that guide applications from current to future state
• Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to synthesize technical and financial data to support decisions
• Proven excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders and drive consensus

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in the health care and health insurance industry
