We are seeking a highly skilled Android & iOS Deployment Manager to oversee the end-to-end deployment, release management, and optimization of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth app releases, manage app store operations, coordinate with development teams, and maintain high-quality user experiences for our e-commerce customers.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end deployment of Android and iOS apps, including builds, versioning, and release cycles.
  • Handle Google Play Store and Apple App Store submissions, updates, metadata, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with developers, QA teams, and designers to ensure timely and error-free releases.
  • Monitor and resolve app crashes, rejections, and performance issues through analytics and store dashboards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of release notes, version logs, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure apps meet platform-specific guidelines, security standards, and compatibility requirements.
  • Optimize release pipelines using CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Analyze user reviews, ratings, and feedback from app stores; work with product teams for improvement actions.
  • Conduct pre-release testing and manage rollout strategies (staged rollouts, A/B releases, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and Tech teams to align releases with business priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in mobile app deployment or release management, preferably for e-commerce or consumer apps.
  • Strong knowledge of Android (APK/AAB) and iOS (IPA/TestFlight) build processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Jenkins, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Firebase, Crashlytics, App Store Connect, Google Play Console.
  • Understanding of mobile development workflows (Flutter, React Native, or Native Android/iOS).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of app security, performance, and compliance guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
