Position Overview:
Regur Technology Solutions are seeking a talented and experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
3-5 years of proven experience in backend development, with a strong emphasis on PHP.
Experience with WordPress is considered a significant advantage.

We're looking for someone with
exceptional communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
The candidate must be passionate about their work, demonstrate a high level of technical competence, and possess the drive to continuously learn and improve

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & maintain efficient, scalable, and secure backend solutions using
    PHP, Laravel, MySQL, AJAX, jQuery, HTML/CSS/Javascript
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features for
    high-traffic websites & business applications
  • Optimize existing codebases for performance & maintainability
  • Troubleshoot/debug issues and provide timely solutions
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies & backend best practices
  • Interact with clients to understand requirements and deliver modules on time
  • Deploy applications on staging/live servers ensuring smooth operations
  • Provide daily progress reports and actively address client feedback

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven PHP backend development experience
  • Strong expertise in
    MVC frameworks
  • Hands-on with at least
    2 large-scale, high-traffic projects or complex web applications
  • Familiarity with
    WordPress development
    is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of
    OOP principles & design patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
