Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Specialist based in Hyderabad. The role involves conducting diagnostic assessments, implementing personalized speech therapy plans, and providing rehabilitation services to children with communication disorders. Responsibilities include addressing speech, language, and swallowing difficulties, tracking progress, and collaborating with parents and educators for holistic care. The specialist will also participate in group therapy sessions and parent training programs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy and developing therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Expertise in Speech and Communication skills, with the ability to address diverse language challenges.
  • Experience in Dysphagia management and swallowing therapy.
  • Familiarity with Rehabilitation practices and collaborative care approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Relevant certification such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Experience in pediatric rehabilitation is highly desirable.
