As a Cinematographer at Ultraviolette Automotive, you will be responsible for:

  • Conceptualization to Execution
    : Develop content ideas, create storyboards, plan and execute shoots with minimal supervision.
  • Shooting
    : Capture high-quality visuals using DSLRs, GoPros, gimbals, and smartphones in both studio and outdoor environments.
  • End-to-End Production
    : Handle all aspects of production—location scouting, talent coordination, equipment setup, lighting, and framing.
  • Post-Production
    : Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and add basic effects and sound design using After Effects.
  • Collaborative Workflow
    : Work closely with editors, fellow cinematographers, motion designers, and 3D artists to deliver high-quality content with a quick turnaround.
  • Content Types
    : Produce a range of formats including ad films, product videos, event coverage, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, behind-the-scenes footage, and talking-head/piece-to-camera content.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in cinematography.
  • Strong understanding of lighting techniques, framing, and composition.
  • Proficiency in handling DSLR cameras, GoPros, and gimbals.
  • Solid editing skills using
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    ; basic knowledge of
    After Effects
    .
  • Prior experience creating both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form video content.
  • Ability to manage shoots independently or with a lean crew.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail.
  • Passion for automobiles or experience in automotive content is a strong plus.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of color correction and grading techniques.
  • Familiarity with sound design.
  • Ability to adapt visual styles based on platform requirements (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
