Position 1: Male OT Technician (Scrub Side Ortho Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons during orthopedic surgical procedures, primarily from the scrub side.
  • Prepare and arrange instruments, sutures, and other necessary materials before surgery.
  • Maintain sterile field and ensure proper aseptic techniques throughout the procedure.
  • Anticipate the surgeons needs during operations and respond promptly.
  • Sterilize and clean instruments post-surgery.
  • Maintain OT inventory and manage surgical instrument checklists.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or B.Sc. in OT Technology
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in orthopedic OT (scrub side).
  • Good understanding of orthopedic instruments and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization, and infection control.

Position 2: Female OT Technician (Anesthesia Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the anesthetist before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Prepare and check anesthesia equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor and support patients under anesthesia alongside the Anesthetist.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between anesthesia and surgical teams.
  • Support in post-operative recovery when needed.
  • Maintain and calibrate anesthesia machines and related instruments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or B.Sc. in OT Technology or Anesthesia Technology.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience assisting with anesthesia in surgical OT.
  • Good understanding of anesthesia protocols and equipment.
  • Excellent patient handling and communication skills.
