We are looking for a Tally Caller / Customer Handling Executive who can communicate with customers in Hindi and English, manage their queries, and update details.

The candidate should have a polite attitude, good communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to orders, billing, and payments.
  • Communicate with customers in Hindi and English professionally.
  • Keep a record of all calls and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Basic computer operation skills.
  • Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior.
