Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Technical Architect with over 12 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem and at least 5 years in architecture roles. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in FSC, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud, with strong domain knowledge in banking, wealth, and insurance. This role requires ownership of the technical solution, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud, Omni Studio, and Experience Cloud.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
  • Implement best practices in Salesforce architecture, security, and customization (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
  • Lead development efforts, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and data models.
  • Monitor Salesforce releases, manage tech debt, and keep clients informed of platform changes.
  • Oversee release management, including CI/CD, version control, and CAB sign-offs.
  • Identify and resolve technical blockers and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of total Salesforce experience, including at least 5 years in a Technical Architect role
  • Proven experience in Financial Services Cloud, particularly Wealth and Insurance verticals
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem: OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Integration Patterns

  • Salesforce certifications such as:

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect

  • Salesforce Certified System Architect

  • Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant (preferred)

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-level solution architecture

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with tools like Gearset, Copado, or Azure DevOps for CI/CD
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, or Einstein Analytics
  • Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
