We are seeking an entry-level friendly, professional, and organized office assistant to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
l Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
l Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
l Handle front desk operations, including visitor logbooks, couriers, ID badges, and appointments.
l Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media handles or in-person.
l Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
l Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
l Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies.
l Provide basic information about the company and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications and Skills:
l High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
l Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
l Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
l Professional appearance and demeanor.
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
l Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
l Customer service attitude and problem-solving skills.
l Maintain confidentiality and security protocols.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
