We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer with 45 years of experience in B2B SaaS product design, with a strong focus on AI-driven interfaces and data-heavy dashboards.

The ideal candidate is someone who can transform complex business requirements and data workflows into intuitive, user-centric designs that delight users while meeting enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design for B2B SaaS applications, from conceptualization to final delivery.
  • Design data-heavy dashboards, ensuring complex datasets are represented in a simple, meaningful, and visually compelling manner.
  • Create intuitive AI-driven interfaces (e.g., conversational UI, predictive design elements, personalization).
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and priorities.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights.
  • Translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
  • Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
  • Ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders using strong rationale and data.

Experience

  • 45 years in Product Design, preferably with B2B SaaS products.
  • Strong expertise in designing AI-powered applications and data-intensive dashboards.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
